MYTVOnline 2 Setup Guide

Before You Begin

✔ Ensure your Formuler device is connected to the internet
✔ Have your portal URL ready (sent via email after purchase)

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Locate Your Device ID

1. Open MYTVOnline 2 app

2. Navigate to:
   Menu > Connections > Add Portal

3. Find the ID at the bottom of the screen (Example: ID 00 1A 79 00 00 00)
   ⚠️ Note: This is NOT your MAC address

2. Submit Your ID to Us

• Send the ID via:

  • Live Chat (recommended for fastest service)

  • Support Ticket

3. Configure Your Portal

1. In Add Portal screen, enter:

   • Nickname: Asgard IPTV (or any preferred name)

   • Portal URL: (Paste the URL from your confirmation email)

2. Click "Connect"

Troubleshooting Tips

🔹 No Connection? Double-check your portal URL for typos
🔹 ID Not Showing? Restart the MYTVOnline 2 app
🔹 Error Message? Ensure your subscription is active
