Before You Begin

✔ Required Items:

  • TVIP S-Box connected to TV and network

  • Xtream Codes URL (from provider email)

  • MAC address registration

⚠️ Service requires MAC address whitelisting

Initial Setup

1. First-Time Configuration

  1. Power on device and select:

    • Preferred language

    • Correct time zone

  2. Install all available software updates

  3. Allow device to restart automatically

2. Configure TV Settings

Navigate to: TV → Settings

3. Web Portal Configuration

  1. Select "Setup web portal"

  2. Enter:

    • Portal URL: (Xtream Codes URL from email)

    • Portal Manager: Off

    • Use Web portal: Whole System

    • API Mode: GSTB

  3. Click "Apply"

MAC Address Registration

How to Find Your MAC

  1. Check:

    • Back/bottom of device (sticker)

    • Settings → Information → Network
      (Format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX)

  2. Submit your MAC:
    Register MAC Address Now


Troubleshooting

🔸 No Channels After Setup?

  • Confirm MAC address was registered

  • Verify Xtream URL format (starts with http://)

🔸 Buffering Issues?

  • Reduce buffer to 3000 msec

  • Use wired Ethernet connection

🔸 EPG Missing?

  • Contact support for XMLTV URL
